We are tipping off another week in the NBA with an 8-game slate on Monday night. It gets started with a couple of 7:00 pm ET contests (Milwaukee vs Detroit and Dallas vs Indiana) before wrapping up with a 10:30 pm ET showdown between Chicago and the Clippers. Headlining the schedule, however, is a potential NBA Finals preview featuring the 76ers and Nuggets. Below is my Monday NBA mega parlay, and also be sure to check out all of our NBA picks for tonight’s games.

For this parlay, we are going with 2 favorites against the spread (1 on an alternate number) and 1 underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

Dallas Mavericks +1 over Indiana Pacers (-110)
Luka Doncic incurred his 16th technical foul of the season on Sunday and therefore will be suspended for Monday’s game. The Mavericks are also in the midst of a 4-game losing streak. Unfortunately for the Pacers, that is pretty much where the good news ends. They have lost 4 of their last 5, have not won at home since March 9 and have not won at home in regulation since February 15. Chris Duarte (ankle) is out; Tyrese Haliburton (ankle) and Myles Turner (back) are questionable. In a battle between 2 teams that are playing bad basketball, I will happily take the lesser of the 2 evils. Kyrie Irving often goes crazy when he is the best player on the floor and that is exactly what he will be without Doncic in action.
Phoenix Suns -10.5 alternate spread over Utah Jazz (+160)
Depending on who is on the court for Utah on Monday, this could be an absolute beatdown. The Jazz are definitely without Jordan Clarkson, Collin Sexton and Rudy Gay. Lauri Markkanen is questionable with a hand injury. If Markkanen can’t go, the home team will almost certainly be missing too much firepower to be competitive. Even if Markkanen does suit up, the chips are still stacked against Utah. Although Kevin Durant remains sidelined for the Suns, they still managed to destroy Philadelphia 125-105 on Saturday. There is no reason why they can’t defeat Utah in a similarly lopsided fashion.

Chicago Bulls ML over Los Angeles Clippers (+194)
The Bulls will be trying to complete the Crypto.com Arena sweep on Monday. This is one instance in which I have little to no concern about the second leg of a back-to-back situation. Chicago has momentum after beating the Lakers on Sunday and obviously there isn’t any travel involved since the visitors are playing in the exact same arena. The Bulls beat the Lakers even though LeBron James returned; well, Paul George will not return for the Clippers. PG3 is sidelined for at least a couple of weeks with a knee injury, so Chicago should have a prime opportunity to take advantage. Keep in mind that this is a team that didn’t just beat the Lakers on Sunday; it is 5-1 in its last 6 overall and 7-2 in its last 9.
