Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. The Dallas Mavericks are on the brink of progressing to the Western Conference semifinals after picking up a road victory in Game 5. However, they have already dropped a game at home during this series and a win in Game 6 is no given. They might be encouraged by the fact Kawhi Leonard is out, but that has not stopped the Clippers from taking down the Mavericks before. Let’s take a look at my Clippers vs Mavericks Same Game Parlay for Game 6 below. You can check out all of our NBA picks for today’s games and every matchup throughout the postseason.

Over 206.5 (-110)

Both teams have started to find their offensive groove over the last couple of games. While none of the first 3 would have hit this over, the last 2 have games have seen the teams combine for 227 and 216 points, respectively. Do not expect a major drop-off here. The Mavericks have been getting out in transition, ranking 3rd in fast-break points per game among playoff teams. They have been helped by the Clippers being turnover-prone, ranking 12th among playoff teams in that category.

The visitors tonight should be more than capable of doing their part here too. While Kawhi Leonard will miss the game, they have found a reliable 3rd scorer in Ivica Zubac. The Croatian is averaging 16 points per game on 61% shooting from the field. He has been dominating the Mavericks bigs in the paint and should prove a reliable option throughout the night. I’d be surprised if both teams don’t easily clear the 100-point mark here. Back the over as a result.

Terance Mann over 1.5 made threes (+150)

Terance Mann has played a larger role over the last few games. He has been a key perimeter defender against the likes of Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic. On the other end of the floor, it helps that he is making 44.4% of his three-point attempts during this series. He has attempted 10 shots from beyond the arc over the last 2 games. I expect those opportunities to be there for him tonight too. The Clippers have the personnel in the likes of James Harden and Norman Powell, who can attack the rim of the dribble and put pressure on the Mavericks to collapse onto the paint. It’s where Mann can get his opportunities here, especially shooting from the corners.

Considering the efficiency he has shown throughout the series, even 4 attempts tonight could be enough for the over to hit. The Clippers have won both games in which he has played at least 35 minutes. With this being an elimination game, do not be surprised to see their rotations shorten and Mann playing a larger role tonight.

James Harden over 19.5 points (-128)

This line feels extremely low. Harden is coming into this after a poor scoring game in Game 5, managing just 7 points. It was the first game of the series he has had fewer than 20. In Game 4, he showed his effectiveness as a closer, consistently getting to the paint at the end of the game and finishing inside. I expect him to do more of that tonight. From the outside, he has been terrific too. Even though he made just 1 of 7 from behind the arc in Game 5, he is still making 43.9% on threes in the series. The Clippers are on the brink of elimination, so expect him and Paul George to take matters into their own hands here. Harden is averaging 14.6 attempts per game this series, but that should jump tonight. Over 20 points seems like a terrific addition to this Clippers vs Mavericks Same Game Parlay.
