Rodolfo Bellato ML over Jimmy Crute (-162)

The second fight on the Main Card at UFC 312 will see Jimmy Crute take on Rodolfo Bellato in the UFC Light Heavyweight division. Bellato with an MMA record of 12-2 and 2-1 in the UFC. He is averaging 6.47 significant strikes and has a striking accuracy of 61%. Bellato absorbs 5.90 strikes and has a striking defense of 44%. His grappling is also decent, averaging 1.09 takedowns every 15 minutes. He has a takedown accuracy of 25% and a takedown defense of 100%.

Bellato is the clear favorite in this fight but still looks to be a bet worth making. Crute is in horrible form at the moment, having lost 3 of his last 4 fights with the other fight being a draw. Bellato also has superior striking ability and a good enough takedown defense to help minimize the advantage Crute has in grappling. For that reason, backing Bellato to win will be our play.

Jake Matthews vs. Francisco Prado – Over 1.5 Rounds (-166)

The first fight on the Main Card at UFC 312 will see Jake Matthews take on Francisco Prado in the UFC Welterweight division. Matthews comes in with an MMA record of 20-7 and 13-7 in the UFC. As for Prado, he enters this fight with an MMA record of 12-2 and 1-2 in the UFC.

Matthews is the heavy favorite so instead, we will be looking for this fight to go over 1.5 rounds. Matthews has seen his last 2 UFC fights go over 1.5 rounds, while Prado has seen 2 of his last 3 fights do the same. Because of this, backing over 1.5 rounds will be our play.

Tom Nolan ML over Viacheslav Borshchev (+110)

Tom Nolan enters this fight with an MMA record of 8-1 and 2-1 in the UFC. He is averaging 6.68 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 50%. Nolan absorbs 5.17 strikes and has a striking defense of 47%. He has not shown any grappling ability in the UFC but has a takedown defense of 66%.

Nolan is the small underdog in this fight but still looks to be a bet worth making. Viacheslav Borshchev is currently in poor form, having lost 3 of his last 6 fights. Nolan also has superior striking, therefore backing him to win will be our play.
