Alexandre Pantoja vs. Kai Asakura – Over 2.5 Rounds (-135)

The Main Event at UFC 310 will see Alexandre Pantoja take on Kai Asakura in the UFC Flyweight division and will be for the UFC Flyweight title. Pantoja enters this fight with an MMA record of 28-5 and he is 12-3 in the UFC. As for Asakura, he enters this fight with an MMA record of 21-4 and this will be his UFC debut.

Pantoja is the heavy favorite in this fight given that he is the one holding the Flyweight title and Asakura has never fought in the UFC. Therefore, we will be looking at this fight to go over 2.5 rounds. Pantoja has seen her last 3 fights go over 2.5 rounds, while Asakura has seen 3 of his last 5 fights do the same. Even though Asakura is new to the UFC, he should be able to last several rounds. For that reason, we will back this fight to go over 2.5 rounds.

Shavkat Rakhmonov Win by Finish over Ian Machado Garry (-135)

The Co-Main Event at UFC 310 will see Shavkat Rakhmonov take on Ian Machado Garry in the UFC Welterweight division. Rakhmonov enters this fight with an MMA record of 18-0 and he is 6-0 in the UFC. He is averaging 4.12 strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 61%. Rakhmonov is absorbing 2.41 strikes and has a striking defense of 51%. His grappling is also solid, averaging 1.49 takedowns every 15 minutes and 1.8 submission attempts during the same period. Rakhmonov has a takedown accuracy of 29% and a takedown defense of 100%.

Rakhmonov is the heavy favorite in this fight, therefore we will be looking at the method at how he will win. Rakhmonov has won all 18 of his MMA fights by finish, including all 6 of his UFC fights. Both fighters have been perfect in their careers but because Rakhmonov has a perfect finish rate, backing him to win by finish will be our best bet.

Nate Landwehr ML over Dooho Choi (-135)

The first fight on the Main Card at UFC 310 will see Nate Landwehr take on Dooho Choi in the UFC Featherweight division. Landwehr enters this fight with an MMA record of 18-5 and he is 5-3 in the UFC. He is averaging 6.25 strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 46%. Landwehr absorbs 5.75 strikes and has a striking defense of 55%. He also has decent grappling ability, averaging 1.00 takedowns every 15 minutes and 1.0 submission attempts during the same period. Landwehr has a takedown accuracy of 41% and a takedown defense of 86%.

Landwehr is a small favorite in this fight and looks to be the best betting option. Choi is an inconsistent 1-3-1 in his last 5 UFC fights, plus Landwehr has better striking and grappling. For that reason, backing Landwehr to win will be our best bet.
