Adrian Yanez ML over Rob Font (-190)
Adrian Yanez comes into this fight with an MMA record of 16-3. He is 6-0 in the UFC, most recently beating Tony Kelley by KO/TKO back in June of 2022. Yanez is averaging 6.62 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 40%. He is absorbing 5.49 strikes and has a striking defense of 59%. Yanez has yet to show much grappling ability in the UFC but has a takedown defense of 100%.
Yanez is a big favorite, but that price tag is warranted given that he is undefeated in the UFC. He also has better striking and has been better at defending takedowns. He has plenty of power, having won 5 of his 6 UFC fights by KO/TKO, therefore backing him to win this fight will be our play.
Raul Rosas Jr. vs Christian Rodriguez: Fight to go the Distance – No (-150)
Raul Rosas Jr. is the clear favorite in this fight, but the success that Christian Rodriguez has had so far in his career makes backing either side on the money line a risky play. Rosas Jr. has seen 6 of his 7 career fights end inside the distance, while Rodriguez has seen 7 of his last 9 fights do the same. Because they both have a high finish rate and both love to fight on the ground, backing this fight to also end inside the distance will be our play.

Luana Pinheiro ML over Michelle Waterson-Gomez (-165)
Luana Pinheiro comes into this fight with an MMA record of 10-1. She is 3-0 in the UFC, most recently beating Sam Hughes by unanimous decision back in November of 2021. Pinheiro is averaging 4.49 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 41%. She is absorbing 3.40 strikes and has a striking defense of 60%. Her grappling has been elite so far, averaging 4.76 takedowns per every 15 minutes. Her takedown accuracy is 77% and she has not had to defend a takedown in the UFC so far.
Pinheiro is a medium-sized favorite but still looks to be the best play. Her undefeated UFC record tells us how dominant she has been thus far, while Michelle Waterson-Gomez is just 1-4 in her last 5 UFC fights. Because of that fact, backing Pinheiro to win will be our best play.
Trey Ogden vs Ignacio Bahamondes: Fight to go the Distance – No (-150)
Ignacio Bahmondes is a heavy favorite, which likely makes his money line unplayable. Instead, this fight looks more likely to end inside the distance. Trey Ogden has seen 14 of his 21 career fights end inside the distance, which includes 4 of his last 6 fights. Bahmondes has seen 12 of his 17 career fights also end inside the distance, which includes 3 of his last 4 UFC fights. For that reason, backing this fight to also end inside the distance will be the play.
