We are continuing the NBA week with an intriguing 9-game slate on Wednesday. It is headlined by a double-header on ESPN that begins with Boston hosting Brooklyn before Atlanta continues its Western Conference road trip against Phoenix. Philadelphia, Memphis and Golden State are also taking the court.
Here is a look at Wednesday’s mega parlay.

Kings -9.5 alternate spread (+115)
Warriors -3.5 (-110)
Raptors ML (+125)
Parlay odds: +824
For this parlay we are going with 2 favorites against the spread — 1 on an alternate number – and 1 underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.
Sacramento Kings -9.5 alternate spread over San Antonio Spurs (+115)
January was kind to the Kings, as they wrapped up the month with the 3rd-best Net Rating in the NBA at +6.2 (behind only the Nuggets and Thunder). They should be able to build on momentum from an OT victory at Minnesota earlier this week when they visit the Spurs. In 2 head-to-head matchups so far this season, the Kings have prevailed by 18 and 13 points. With no injuries of note and both De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis on a roll, the visitors should be expected to remain in fine form. San Antonio has dropped 6 in a row following a 21-point home loss to Washington. Look for Sacramento to prevail by double-digits.

Golden State Warriors -3.5 over Minnesota Timberwolves (-110)
Don’t look now, but the defending NBA champions are up to #5 in the Western Conference standings and are well within striking distance of #3. Sure, that has a lot to do with how mediocre the conference is – with only Denver and Memphis looking particularly formidable. Still, Golden State is finally playing well. It has won 3 in a row and 4 of its last 5 overall. Stephen Curry has scored at least 34 points in 3 straight games and has drained 20 of 38 3-point attempts over the past 4 contests. Minnesota is without Karl-Anthony Towns, while Rudy Gobert is questionable. Even if Gobert plays, the Dubs should be able to win and cover.
Toronto Raptors ML over Utah Jazz (+125)
The Jazz score the 4th-most points per game in the NBA, but the Raptors should be able to keep pace on Wednesday. After all, Utah is weak defensively; Gobert ain’t walkin’ through that door. This team ranks in the bottom 10 in opponent points per game and defensive rating, so even an inconsistent Toronto offense should have success in this game when it comes to scoring points. At the other end of the court, the Raptors rank 10th in defensive rating. They have been known as a stingy defense under head coach Nick Nurse and boast a lengthy, athletic lineup that should cause problems for Utah’s scorers. Give me the visitors at plus money.
