Tuesday’s slate is bound to bring some excitement as we are gifted with several Western Conference showdowns. It is a TNT doubleheader as the Lakers and Grizzlies begin the day and the Timberwolves and Clippers conclude the night. This NBA mega parlay combines 3 of my favorite edges of the day that would pay out at nearly 10/1 odds. But first, make sure to check out all of our NBA picks for tonight’s action.

Milwaukee Bucks win by 11+ (+200) over Brooklyn Nets
It’s been over a month since the Bucks last lost a game. Milwaukee has caught fire in the last 4 weeks as they’ve won 14 consecutive games and are battling it out with the Celtics at the top of the Eastern Conference standings. One of the most impressive victories during their win streak came on Sunday, which was a 104-101 success over the Suns. Milwaukee was without Giannis Antetokounmpo, and they still beat the trio of Devin Booker, Chris Paul and Deandre Ayton. That win demonstrated the depth of the Bucks roster, but fortunately for Milwaukee, Giannis has been upgraded to probable for Tuesday night.
If the Greek Freak can come back, there is no reason the Bucks can’t run the Nets off the court. Brooklyn is still trying to gel together since they have a completely new team after the trade deadline, but one thing they have yet to figure out is their defense. They have allowed at least 124 points in 3 of their last 4 games. The spread of 5 points is far too small for an elite Bucks team against this struggling Nets squad, so I’ll back Milwaukee for the double-digit win at excellent odds.

Sacramento Kings -2.5 (-110) over Oklahoma City Thunder
These teams will meet for the 2nd time in the last 3 days as part of an NBA schedule quirk. The Kings remain in Oklahoma City after their 124-115 win over the Thunder on Sunday, and although they could be without De’Aaron Fox, the Kings should sweep this mini-series. Fox has been on an incredible run since the all-star break and could be due for some well-earned rest on Tuesday. If he doesn’t suit up, Sacramento will lean more on Malik Monk and Trey Lyles, who have been incredible off the bench this season.
Another big reason for taking the Kings is that the Thunder will still be without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. The OKC star has been out the last 2 games, and weirdly enough, the Thunder have lost both times by a score of 124-115. In those 2 games, the Thunder defense declined to the 6th-worst in the league, so SGA’s absence on the court affects them on both ends of the floor. Sacramento proved that they can beat Oklahoma City without SGA on Sunday, and they should be able to do it again on Tuesday.

Utah Jazz -9 (-110) over San Antonio Spurs
The San Antonio Spurs have 2 wins in 2023. That stat seems hard to believe considering we’re just a day away from March. But the Spurs have lost 16 games in a row and have completely thrown in the towel on the season. It’s hard to blame them since French phenom Victor Wembanyama is the prize for the team that gets the first pick. For Tuesday’s game, the Spurs announced Devin Vassell will not play and Tre Jones is questionable. Yet San Antonio has proven that even with a fully healthy lineup, their team doesn’t stand a chance. In February, the Spurs rank 30th in offensive rating and 26th in defensive rating. Watching Spurs basketball used to be a thing of beauty with Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker and Tim Duncan, but that seems like forever ago at this point.
Now, Spurs basketball is passing the ball around the perimeter and trying to find a decent shot while nobody crashes the boards or moves without the ball. San Antonio has lost their last 18 consecutive games on the road, and of their 16 straight losses, the average losing margin is 15.6 points. And for what it’s worth, the Jazz are a good basketball team.
