The NBA season is nearing its completion, and we should have more thrilling action on Tuesday. The highlight is in New Orleans, where the desperate Pelicans take on the Kings. We’ll be focusing on that game in this NBA mega parlay, as well as another two matchups that should feature plenty of excitement.

Head over to our NBA predictions for picks on the spread and total for every game on the board, but for now, let’s jump into our NBA mega parlay for Tuesday.

Lakers -7.5 (-110)

Pelicans -2.5 (-105)

Warriors alternate spread -9.5 (+125)

NBA mega parlay odds: +739

Los Angeles Lakers -7.5 (-110) over Utah Jazz

To start off our mega parlay, we’re going to be backing the Lakers to stay hot against the Jazz. Los Angeles has been inconsistent for the majority of the season, but the Lakers have really found it in recent weeks. The biggest key has been the consistently dominant play of Anthony Davis, which started while LeBron James missed time with an injury and carried over into this recent stretch where Los Angeles is 7-3 over its last 10 games.

The Lakers are in need of a win to maintain the inside track on the #6 seed in the Western Conference playoff race and Los Angeles should lean on its defense on the road. Between Anthony Davis’s excellent recent stretch and the contributions of Jarred Vanderbilt, Los Angeles’ defense continues to improve — now sitting at 11th in defensive rating for the season. And while they were playing well over the first 75% of the season, the Jazz have trailed off considerably over the last 6 weeks as Utah’s goal of having a shot at a top-3 draft pick is alive and well. Overall, the Lakers are 15-7 straight up since February 11 and have covered in 3 consecutive victories, so I’m confident in backing them to pick up another huge win on Tuesday.

New Orleans Pelicans -2.5 (-110) over Sacramento Kings

For the second leg of our mega parlay, we’re going with the New Orleans Pelicans to defeat the Sacramento Kings in a very important game for the hosts. The Pelicans have won 7 of their 8 games as they continue to make a push for the #6 seed in the Western Conference. Given this recent hot streak, this would seem like a sell-high spot on New Orleans. However, the Kings’ anemic defense presents another great spot for the Pelicans to take advantage of a clear mismatch on Tuesday.

Sacramento has been a very poor defensively all season, and that hasn’t changed in recent contests. The Kings just allowed 142 points against the Spurs, and it won’t get any easier against a red-hot Pelicans offense that can dominate in the pick-and-roll game against Domantas Sabonis. The Kings’ offense is excellent, but they’re sitting at 26th in defensive rating on the season and their defensive metrics only get worse away from home. Given that Sacramento is locked into its spot as the #3 seed in the Western Conference, I won’t hesitate to lay the points with a desperate Pelicans team on their home floor.

Golden State Warriors alternate spread -9.5 (+125) over Oklahoma City Thunder

To close out our mega parlay, we’re going to back the Warriors to win convincingly at home once again. All season long, my tune regarding Golden State has been consistent; this is a terrific home team that can’t be trusted on the road. Fortunately for us, the Warriors will be playing at the Chase Center on Tuesday in a game they absolutely have to have.

Golden State is just a half-game up on the Lakers in the loss column for the #6 seed in the Western Conference, as they look to avoid the play-in tournament next week. Golden State is 32-8 on their home floor this season, and they’ll now face a struggling Thunder team that has lost 3 straight and is clinging onto the #10 seed for dear life. Steve Kerr’s side is coming off a very poor shooting night on the offensive end against Denver, so some positive regression can be expected here. Oklahoma City’s defense has struggled mightily during this recent skid, so I expect Golden State’s offense to thrive in its home arena. The Warriors should treat this like a playoff game, so I expect an excellent effort.
