We are wrapping up the NBA weekend with a huge 10-game slate on Sunday. It is headlined by a Kevin Durant vs Kyrie Irving matchup, as Phoenix visits Dallas at 1:00 pm ET. That tips off an ABC doubleheader, which also includes the Lakers hosting Golden State at 3:30 pm ET. The Nets, Knicks, Celtics, Bucks, Grizzlies and Clippers are also taking the court.

Suns ML (+100)
Thunder -5.5 (-110)
Clippers -10.5 alternate spread (+165)
Parlay odds: +912
For this parlay we are going with a couple of favorites against the spread – one on an alternate number – and an underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.
Suns ML over Mavericks (+100)
Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving will face each other for the first time since getting traded from Brooklyn to Phoenix and Dallas, respectively. I’ll roll with the Suns in this highly anticipated showdown. Now that Devin Booker is not drawing as much attention from opposing defenses, he can really go to work. In 2 games with Durant on the floor, Booker has delivered 37 and 35 points. Those performances led to blowouts of the Hornets and Chicago by respective 105-91 and 125-94 decisions. The Suns are playing stellar basketball and presumably will only get better as Durant continues to gel with his new team. Meanwhile, Dallas has been inconsistent at best with Irving and Luka Doncic playing together. The Mavericks had lost 2 straight and 5 of 6 before beating Philadelphia on Thursday.
Thunder -5.5 over Jazz (-110)
Lauri Markkanen is sidelined by a back injury, so Utah could be in for a world of hurt on Sunday. Markkanen is by far the team’s leading scorer at 25.2 points per game and is averaging 29.5 ppg over the past 4. His absence is going to be rough, especially because Collin Sexton (hamstring) is also on the shelf. With those players out, only Jordan Clarkson is averaging more than 12.0 ppg for Utah. On Sunday the Jazz visit Oklahoma City for the second stop of a 6-game road trip. The Thunder just hosted this same opponent on Friday and dominated 130-103. There is no reason to think that the tide will turn in the rematch.

Clippers -10.5 alternate spread over Grizzlies (+165)
The Grizzlies don’t inspire any confidence even at full strength these days. And they certainly won’t be at full strength today. Whatever is going on with Ja Morant, he is out for at least the next 2 games. Since being 31-13 on January 20, Memphis is 7-11. The Grizzlies are still #2 in the Western Conference behind Denver, but Sacramento is now just 1 game back. The Clippers aren’t playing well, either, but if not for a couple of heartbreakers against the Kings a week apart they would be in better shape. Kawhi Leonard was held out of Friday’s loss on the second leg of a back-to-back situation, so he will be well-rested for today. I think the Clippers will roll.
