The weekend promises to be a fun one in the NBA as we have 8 games taking place this Saturday, including an NBA TV doubleheader. Our mega parlay includes two picks on the spread and one on the total, continue reading below to see it.

As always, we will have NBA predictions for all 8 games being played tonight, so make sure you check those out. Let’s jump into my mega parlay now!

New Orleans Pelicans ML (+110)

San Antonio Spurs ML (+390)

Over 218 points in Blazers vs Suns (-110)

Parlay odds: +1864

New Orleans Pelicans ML (+110)

Although the Hawks have had the upper hand in recent head-to-head meetings, I am really feeling what the young Pelicans are doing this season. Brandon Ingram finally returned to the lineup and made an instant impact with 26 points and 5 dimes in last night’s win over the Warriors. C.J. McCollum added 20 of his own, while Zion Williamson put in 16 in just 28 minutes played. Atlanta’s biggest issue is Trae Young, who is shooting just 38% from the field and 31% from three over his first 8 games. He sustained an eye injury against New York last night and it’s unclear if he will even play. If he does, that will certainly have a negative impact on his game. Right now New Orleans has the better team, and with a clean slate when it comes to injuries I have them winning this one on the road.

Don’t forget to check our New Orleans Pelicans vs Atlanta Hawks picks.

San Antonio Spurs ML (+390)

In order to boost our odds on the mega parlay I have the San Antonio Spurs winning on the road against the Denver Nuggets. Although they are 10.5 point underdogs, I wouldn’t count them out so easily. These teams will face off in a home-and-home scenario, with the first game taking place tonight in Denver. The Spurs have lost 2 in a row, but they’ve been better on the road than at home this season, winning 3 of 4 games. They’ve also covered the spread in 8 of their last 12 away from home dating back to last season. Against the Nuggets they’ve covered in 4 of 5 meetings and split the regular-season series last year, winning once in Denver. Tonight they really have nothing to lose. Denver has shown weakness in losing to the Lakers and Blazers. They are undefeated at home but that record will have to give eventually. As we saw with Portland last night, being double-digit underdogs on the road doesn’t guarantee anything. If the Spurs get off to a hot start, anything is possible.

Over 218 points in Blazers vs Suns (-110)

Without their top 2 scorers, the Blazers had no choice but to slow things down last night and rely on their defense to get a result. Will that strategy work in back-to-back games? I’m not so sure. The Suns are aware that they are at their best when they are in the open court and after just 106 points scored last night (their lowest total this season), I think they’ll do a much better job at executing offensively. Prior to last night’s game they had a run of at least 124 points in 4 consecutive games, which is one of the reasons why they lead the league in assists and offensive efficiency. The total has gone over in 6 of the last 10 meetings and the teams are averaging a combined 230.4 points per game during that stretch. Last night was probably a fluke, so I’m taking the points in tonight’s game.
