Show Bio

Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. I was able to hit my Brooklyn Nets vs Phoenix Suns Same Game Parlay on Thursday and the NBA mega parlay last night. I’ll be looking to make it 3 straight days of winners with yet another mega parlay tonight. There are 7 games on the NBA slate to choose from. The early tip-off will see the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors collide in Canada. The evening will then be closed out by the Philadelphia 76ers’ trip to take on the Sacramento Kings. Be sure to check out all of our NBA predictions for today’s games. But for now, let’s dive into my mega parlay for Saturday.

Houston Rockets ML (+285) over Minnesota Timberwolves

The Memphis Grizzlies saw the longest active win streak snapped last night. Tonight, the Houston Rockets will get the chance to put an end to the league’s longest current losing streak. They may have to do it without the services of Kevin Porter Jr. and Jabari Smith Jr., who are both listed as doubtful. Luckily for them, their opponents the Minnesota Timberwolves have injury concerns of their own. Karl-Anthony Towns has seen his return delayed while Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert are both questionable to play. Against the lowly Rockets, it would not be surprising to see the Timberwolves act cautiously and rest their starters.

The Timberwolves have been vulnerable on the defensive side of the ball. Over the last 10 games, the team ranks just 18th in defensive rating. Without Gobert, their problems there could worsen. It could allow Jalen Green to thrive attacking the rim. He is coming into this game after a 41-point explosion against the Charlotte Hornets and could be similarly effective tonight. Alperen Sengun has scored 24 or more points in 2 straight games and could be set to do the same again if the Frenchman doesn’t take to the floor. With 2 in-form offensive weapons, the Rockets should have a real shot of picking up a win.

Indiana Pacers ML (+205) over Phoenix Suns

The Indiana Pacers have lost 6 straight games but will have a chance to get back on track against one of the more recent Western Conference strugglers. While the Phoenix Suns did win their last game against the Brooklyn Nets, they still have just 2 wins from their last 10 games. They continue dealing with injuries to their roster too. Chris Paul is questionable to play having missed 6 straight games. Devin Booker, Landry Shamet, Cameron Johnson and Cameron Payne all remain out. It should give a Pacers team who only have Tyrese Haliburton listed as out the depth advantage here.

Deandre Ayton will once again be one of the focal points for the Suns’ offense but he should have a tough matchup against Myles Turner here. He is currently 4th in the league in blocks per game and should have the size and length to seriously impact Ayton’s contribution. On the other end of the floor, Turner can knock down 3-pointers and pull the Suns’ center away from the rim. That should help the Pacers’ offense get firing tonight.  With the Suns last in the NBA in offensive rating over the last 10 games, they could struggle to keep pace.
