Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. The Denver Nuggets find themselves in an increasingly desperate position against the Golden State Warriors. They are currently down 2-0 in the series, with another loss tonight all but ending their playoff hopes. After all, no team has ever come back from a 3-0 deficit in a 7- game series. Luckily for them, returning back to Denver to play in front of their home crowd could be just the boost they need to turn the tide in the series.

You can find our full NBA playoffs coverage here. Now let’s get right into my same game parlay for tonight.

Monte Morris over 11.5 points (-110)

Over 223.5 (-110)

Nikola Jokic to score 30+ points (-122)

Draymond Green over 7.5 assists (-120)

Parlay odds: +839

Monte Morris over 11.5 points (-110)

Monte Morris of the Denver Nuggets recorded 12 points in his last game against the Warriors. Now going back to Denver, he should be well positioned to repeat that performance. During the regular season Morris attempted more field-goal and 3-point attempts at home compared to on the road. Considering that he is making 39.5% of his 3-pointers this year, increasing his shot attempts should lead to him hitting this line more comfortably. He has had success in the paint in this series, too, making 60% or more from within the arc in each game so far. The Warriors were just 18th in blocks per game during the regular season and can be had in the paint. Look for Morris to be the one getting there tonight.

Over 223.5 (-110)

This is one of our best bets of the day and for a good reason. Each of the first 2 playoff meetings between the sides have cleared this total. Considering that the highest scoring encounter between the sides this season was also played in Denver, this game has the potential to be the highest scoring one in the series so far. The Warriors are making 44% of their 3-point attempts so far in the postseason and have failed to score fewer than 120 points in any contest. With the Nuggets averaging 3 more points at home than they do on the road, the over seems like a good value addition to the parlay.

Nikola Jokic to score 30+ points (-122)

While Nikola Jokic has not been able to record 30 points against the Warriors yet in this series, he should have a great chance tonight. In his last outing he was on course to do just that but was ejected after playing 28 minutes and recording 26 points. Had he played closer to the 35 he managed in game 1, he would have had a great chance of reaching the 30-point mark. On the season Jokic scores 2 more points per game in wins and close to 2 more points at home compared to on the road. With the size advantage he is bound to enjoy on the inside once more, the Nuggets are going to need him to be aggressive. That should lead to a high scoring night for the center.

Don’t miss out on our same game parlay for Game 3 between the Mavericks and Jazz (+1296 odds!)

Draymond Green over 7.5 assists (-120)

With the emergence of Jordan Poole for the Warriors, they have incredible firepower from the perimeter. Draymond Green should be the one supplying them tonight. The Warriors are currently leading the NBA playoffs in assists per game. Green was able to lead his team in that category in the first game of the series, managing to record 9. I expect him to get back to that as the team gets ready for their first road game of their postseason. Poole has become one of his favorite targets this year, with 26.8% of his passes heading to the guard. Considering that he is making a staggering 51% of his 3-point attempts on these passes, Green should have a partner that will help him deliver on this over tonight.
