Oklahoma City Thunder 1-10 win margin (+250)

The first meeting of the season between these 2 went down the wire, as the Heat came out on top 110-108 back in mid-December. Now, less than a month later, I have the Thunder getting revenge in South Beach in what should be another close game. The Heat’s last 4 games overall have all been decided by 10 points or fewer, while at home that’s happened in 6 of their last 7 games. They come into tonight’s game pretty banged up with the likes of Kyle Lowry, Caleb Martin and Duncan Robinson all sidelined, while Tyle Herro, Bam Adebayo and Gabe Vincent are listed as day-to-day.

The Thunder don’t have those type of issues heading into this one. They just won 3 of their last 4 games; 2 of those were against the Mavericks and Celtics, which is impressive in itself. The Heat are on a 5-game winning streak in this head-to-head matchup, but just as we saw the Bulls end their long losing streak vs Philadelphia the other night I think it’s time the Thunder get one over Miami.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to score 30+ points (-110)

OKC’s likely all-star is averaging 30.2 points per game over his last 9 appearances, and on the road that number is even more impressive: 31.3 ppg in 18 outings. Against the Heat, he had a modest 27 points in the 1st meeting of the season, but tonight’s game will probably be very different from the one played in OKC a month ago because the Heat will be heavily shorthanded due to injuries.

SGA has cleared this line in 3 consecutive games; he is shooting better than 50% from the field in the month of January. He only attempts 2 treys per game and scores on 16% of them, which makes his scoring feat even more impressive. With the Thunder scoring 120+ in their last 2 games, they are in solid scoring form entering tonight’s game so look for SGA to lead the charge as they upset the Heat on the road.
