Brooklyn Nets vs Washington Wizards over 228 points (-110)

To start off this mega parlay, we have the Nets and Wizards going over the total. The last 3 Nets games have seen an average of 247.6 points, mostly because Brooklyn decided to go back to their old habits of playing little to no defense. I’m interested to see if they stick to that strategy in tonight’s game, as the Wizards probably won’t be able to match the offensive intensity with their leading scorer out of the lineup.

These teams are averaging 229.7 points per game in the last 10 meetings and both have trended towards the over as of late. The Nets are 5-2 on the O/U in their last 7 road games, while Washington is 7-3 in their last 10 overall. The last 11 of 16 Monday games played at home for Washington have all gone over the total as well. These 2 teams are 12th and 13th in pace this season, an ideal scenario for a lot of points in tonight’s game.

Portland Trail Blazers -4 over Minnesota Timberwolves (-112)

I backed the Blazers to cover against the Timberwolves in the previous meeting between these two teams 2 days ago and they delivered with a 6-point home win. That was the 17th time in 20 games they beat Minnesota at Moda Center, one of the longest such streaks of dominance currently in the NBA. With not much changing in between that game and tonight’s, I’m expecting another dominant performance from the Blazers here.

Damian Lillard is fully healthy and producing at a high level, backed up by the likes of Simons and Grant. Minnesota has Karl-Anthony Towns still out with a calf injury. Gobert, Edwards and Russell are trying their best to make up for the 20.8 points per game KAT averages, but so far it’s not been going well for them. The Timberwolves are just 7-13 ATS in their last 20 games, including 2-4 ATS in 6 road games. Portland has been an impressive 17-9 ATS this season, so count on them to deliver here.

Los Angeles Clippers ML over Boston Celtics (+150)

Taking down the best team in the East won’t be an easy task for the Clippers here, but after the defeat at Golden State, the Celtics’ confidence has taken a hit. It was a rare poor performance on offense by the Cs, and I’m curious to see if they can bounce back against one of the elite defensive teams in the NBA. No Al Horford against the Warriors was problematic, and Golden State took full advantage of that and won the rebounding battle 53-39. Horford isn’t expected back tonight either, which is music to the ears of Clippers big man Ivica Zubac, who has been dominating the glass lately.

LA also has both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George at their disposal, with PG coming off a 35-point explosion in the win over the Wizards. LA has the advantage in head-to-head meetings, winning 12 of the last 18, and they are also 6-3 SU in the last 9 against Eastern Conference opponents. Back the Clippers to pull off the upset here.
