Show Bio

Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. There are 7 games on the NBA slate, with the featured showdown pitting the Oklahoma City Thunder against the Boston Celtics. The hosts in this one are currently 2nd in the Eastern Conference, just half a game behind the Milwaukee Bucks — who are also in action. If the results go their way here, they could find themselves at the top the conference by the end of the night.

Be sure to check out all of our NBA predictions, but for now take a look at my mega parlay below.

Charlotte Hornets ML (+102)

Atlanta Hawks ML (+150)

Toronto Raptors -8.5 alternate spread (+140)

Parlay odds: +1112

Charlotte Hornets ML over Orlando Magic (+102)

LaMelo Ball made his season debut in the Charlotte Hornets last outing against the Miami Heat. While he did struggle shooting the ball, he did manage 6 assists in 28 minutes of playing time. He should prove to be an offensive spark against an Orlando team ranked 21st in offensive rating. The hosts are also missing a couple of key pieces like Cole Anthony. Rookie sensation Paolo Banchero is also listed as day-to-day having missed their last 2 games. Even if he does take to the floor, he is unlikely to be at 100%. With Ball at the helm of the Hornets’ offense, look for them to do damage against a Magic defense in the bottom third of the league in defensive rating. Expect the Hornets to come away with the win as a result.

Atlanta Hawks ML over Milwaukee Bucks (+150)

Normally the Bucks have the perfect antidote to Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks. The point guard can struggle offensively against taller defenders. That is exactly what the Milwaukee Bucks have in Jrue Holiday, but the guard has been ruled out for the game. He is joined on the sidelines by Khris Middleton, while Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as day-to-day. With the core of the Bucks team struggling with injuries, it could be the perfect time for the Hawks to pounce and pull off a win. They are off to a strong 8-5 start this season and should be motivated to take out a team that stopped them from reaching the NBA Finals a couple of years back.

Monday’s other NBA parlay has +590 odds!

Toronto Raptors -8.5 alternate spread over Detroit Pistons (+140)

The Detroit Pistons currently rank dead last in the league in net offensive and defensive rating. With star guard Cade Cunningham also out, prospects do not look good for the home side tonight. The Pistons have lost 3 straight games by a margin of 9 or more points. The visiting Toronto Raptors always tend to get a great amount of support when they play in Detroit which could be a factor here. They will be without their stars in Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet. However, with the Pistons 30th in defensive rating, it should help offset the offensive production they will miss from the pair. The Raptors are also 5th in the league in blocks per game and should do well to disrupt rookie Jaden Ivey. Back them to keep piling on the losses to the Pistons tonight.
