The Boston Celtics continue their 6-game road trip tonight as they take on the Los Angeles Clippers. Los Angeles not been in great form, with just 2 wins in its last 6 games. However, the Clippers will have both of their superstars available tonight, which makes this a must-see encounter on NBA TV. Check out the Same Game Parlay I have put together for the game below:
Celtics -3.5 (-110)
Paul George to score 25+ points (-105)
Jayson Tatum to record 10+ rebounds (+165)
Parlay odds: +831
Celtics -3.5 (-110)
The Celtics currently have more road wins this season that any other NBA team. They have won 17 of their last 20 games overall and will be confident they can keep that level of play going tonight. This will be only the 8th game that Paul George and Kawhi Leonard have played together this season with the latter also being on a minutes restriction. With such little game time, the Clippers’ offense could stagnate here against a Celtics team that is top 10 in the league in defensive rating. Considering that they have by far the best offensive rating in the NBA, it should be enough for them to create separation between these sides tonight. The Celtics are a more well-oiled machine at this point of the season, and tonight’s result should reflect that.

Paul George to score 25+ points (-105)
While both Leonard and George have recently come back from injury, only 1 player has regained his form. That would be George, who has scored totals of 29 and 36 in his last 2 outings. With Leonard on a minute’s restriction and yet to have passed the 18-point mark in December, look for George to be the focal point of the Clippers’ offense. The Celtics have let other forwards put up big scoring numbers in their last 4 games, with Kevin Durant, Pascal Siakam and Klay Thompson all scoring 29 or more points. If the Clippers’ star can get at least 20 field-goal attempts up like he has in the last 2 games, he will have a great chance of hitting this leg of the parlay.
Jayson Tatum to record 10+ rebounds (+165)
The Celtics go into tonight’s game undersized, with both Al Horford and Robert Williams III out. It will mean that Blake Griffin could get another start at center, but he could need help dealing with Ivica Zubac. The Clippers’ center is currently 6th in rebounds per game in the league. That is where Jayson Tatum comes in. He is averaging 9.4 rebounds in December so far, having recorded 10 or more in 4 of his last 6 games. The Clippers are currently 22nd in opponent rebounds per game and 19th in true shooting percentage. As a result, there should be plenty of boards for Tatum to chase down. Don’t be surprised to see him lead the Celtics in rebounding here.
