Pickswise was nice enough to give me the opportunity to write my plays up for you all. For those of you who don’t know me, they refer to me as JutPicks on Twitter. I post all my plays with brief write-ups every day. Now I get to write even more with no character limit!
I pride myself in being as transparent as they come. My NBA record from last season and this season are listed in my bio alongside with my MLB and NFL record. Without further ado, let’s dive into my favorite plays for Friday:
Darius Bazley (Thunder) under 11.5 points (-105)

The wizards defense has made a compete 180 compared to last season. They rank top 10 in defensive efficiently, opponent field goal percentage, opponent 3 point percentage, and bottom 5 in pace. Washington has struggled against elite power forwards but Bazley is far from elite. He has stayed under 12 points in his last 7 games and shooting 26% from the field in his last 5. On the season, he’s 2/9 at home compared to 4/9 on the road. We currently are 3/3 on Bazley’s under this season and have our eyes set on 4/4.

Zach LaVine (Bulls) over 24.5 points (-115)

Vucevic makes his big return to Orlando but I’m targeting LaVine tonight. Zach is playing at an All-NBA level averaging over 26 points per game and has eclipsed this total in 11/19 games. LaVine is a big fan of playing against the Magic. He has scored over 26 points in his last 4 matchups with 2 30 point performances. The Magic do not have anyone on their roster to check LaVine on the perimeter and should continue his dominance against the Magic franchise that is bottom of the league in defensive efficiently and points allowed to shooting guards. Blowout potential is always a thought with a spread of close to 10 but LaVine is 4/7 on this line when the Bulls win by 10 or more points.
