Kyle Kuzma, WAS, Under 22.5 points+assists (-111)
Line available at Caesars Sportsbook at time of publishing.
Kyle Kuzma is amid a career year for the Washington Wizards in his 2nd season with the club. The trio of Bradley Beal, Kristaps Porzingis and Kuzma is one of the most talented trios in the league but their defense is what losses them games. They rank as the 6th-worst defense in the NBA in terms of defensive efficiently.
This will be the 4th and final matchup between these 2 teams with the Wizards taking the last 2. Surprisingly, the trio has been healthy for all three games with Beal and Porzingis each missing chunks of the year. A case can be made for backing Beal or Porzingis in this matchup. Beal has been on fire, averaging close to 28 points in his last 5 games, while Porzingis had a 40-point game 4 days ago. Kuzma on the other hand is being overshadowed. He’s not seeing the volume that he’s used to and has stayed under in all 3 games against the 76ers. Kuzma will most likely get the Tobias Harris or P.J. Tucker matchup, which has given teams fit all season long.
Expect Embiid to continue his run for his first MVP and make quick work of the Wizards, against whom he has enjoyed great success. In his only game against the Wizards this season, Embiid scored 48 points on 32 field-goal attempts.

Aaron Gordon, DEN, Under 15.5 points (-105)
Line available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing.
It’s an under kind of day. Aaron Gordon headlines the 2nd-best player prop bet of the day, which is another under on an athletic forward. Gordon and the Denver Nuggets have struggled lately but have a comfortable 5.5- game lead against the troubled Memphis Grizzlies in the Western Conference. The Nuggets’ lineup is at full strength with Michael Porter Jr. coming back last week but was ejected Friday night after dunking on Zach Collins. Like Kuzma, Gordon won’t get as many opportunities to score as his teammates. He’s arguably the 4th option on a 1st-place team but finds unique ways to score with his athleticism and hustle.
Tipoff is at 3:30 pm ET and will begin a small slate. The Brooklyn Nets come into town with a new-look lineup that has been stout on the defensive end. In their last 5 games, they rank in the top 10 in defensive efficiency while going 4-1 during that stretch. Gordon may very well find himself guarding Mikal Bridges, who has scored more than 30 points in 3 straight games — including a 45-point performance against the Miami Heat. Foul trouble could come into play.
Following a 37-point game before the all-star break, Gordon has scored fewer than 15 points in 4 of 6 games. Jokic and Jamal Murray will look to get the Nuggets back on track with their offense. Look for Gordon to shine defensively.
