Jrue Holiday over 11.5 assists + rebounds (-113)
Line available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.
FanDuel Sportsbook is offering the best line at 11.5 while other books have 12.5 at plus-odds. Jrue Holiday had a near triple-double on Friday night against the Indiana Pacers, who were down by 29 points at halftime. The Pacers fought back, which resulted in Holiday playing a team-high 35 minutes and crushing this line.
Next up for the Milwaukee Bucks is the New Orleans Pelicans. The Pelicans have lost 7 games in a row and continue to be without All-Star starter Zion Williamson, who is dealing with a hamstring injury. The Pelicans returned Brandon Ingram to the lineup after missing over 2 months. Ingram scored 22 points in 29 minutes in a 10-point loss to the Washington Wizards on Friday night.
Playing alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo has hurt Holiday’s usage and assist rate as he drops from 10 assists per game without the former MVP to 6.8 with him. That was not the case against the Pacers’ last game. He dished out 9 assists including 14 potential assists. He reeled down 9 rebounds and sees an uptick in boards with Antetokounmpo in the lineup. Star Khris Middleton is still being acclimated into the rotation after missing over a month of basketball. Holiday will most likely see a team-high in minutes and be the catalyst of the Bucks’ offense.
Holiday and the Bucks faced off against the Pelicans in December in a Bucks road win. He stuffed the stat sheet with 18 points, 11 assists, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and a block. The 14-year NBA vet has gone over this line in 23 of 38 games, including 7 of his last 10. Look out for Holiday to have his eyes set on another double double against his former team.
