It’s another fun Friday night in the NBA with 8 games. Six games have lines of five points or less and the highest line is 8 points. Four games have a total of at least 230 points or more. Bets may be added throughout the day if there are additional spots that arise, so be sure to check back later in the day. My season record is 6-3 (+3.38 units). Here are my picks for tonight.

Stephen Curry over 34.5 points+assists (-125 on DraftKings)
The Warriors are off to a poor start, but it’s not because of Curry. The Warriors’ point guard is averaging 32.6 points, 7.1 rebounds and 6.9 assists, while shooting 51.2 percent from the field, including 43.1 percent from three-point range. Curry has taken at least 22 shots from the field in 8 of 10 games. Curry has gone over this total in 6 straight games and 9 of 10. In the last 2 games, Curry has gone over on points alone with 47 and 39 points. The Cavaliers are 3rd in defensive efficiency, but it doesn’t matter for Curry, and Cleveland has allowed big performances already this season. The game total is 232.5 points and it’s the 5th consecutive road game for Cleveland, which has lost 2 straight games allowing 127 points to the Kings and 119 to the Clippers.

Karl-Anthony Towns over 12.5 rebounds+assists (-125 on FanDuel)
Towns is playing a different role with the addition of Rudy Gobert. The rebounding numbers have declined playing next to Gobert, but not significantly. Towns has become more of a playmaker, averaging a career-high 5.5 assists. The 8.9 rebounds per game is a career low. Towns has at least 8 rebounds in 7 straight games, including 4 with at least 10. He has at least 4 assists in 10 consecutive games and has gone over this total in 9 of 12 games. The Grizzlies are 22nd in defensive efficiency and Minnesota is 23rd. Memphis is 18th in opponents’ rebounds allowed per game and 18th in assists allowed per game. The game total is 234.5 points and Minnesota is 3rd in pace. All things considered, Towns should go over this total.

Keegan Murray over 11.5 points (-110 on FanDuel)
This is a good buy-low spot on Murray. The Kings’ rookie forward began the season in the health and safety protocols, missing two games, and scored 19, 16, 18, 22 and 12 points in his first 5 games. He followed with 7, 3 and 6 points, playing 27 minutes or fewer in each game. Murray bounced back in the last game against a good Cavaliers defense, scoring 14 points in 33 minutes, shooting 5-for-10 from the field, including 4-for-7 from three-point range. It’s a good matchup against the Lakers, who will be without LeBron James and rank 19th in defensive efficiency, 24th in points allowed per game (116.1) and 1st in pace.
