A fully loaded NBA slate on Sunday is on tap for fans. Multiple teams are projected to sit starters with their playoff positioning already set in stone. This late in the regular season, we’re here to find players who will see an increase in minutes and usage. Shake Milton fits that narrative. He headlines our best NBA player prop bet from tonight’s slate. For more bets, check out all of our NBA picks for today.

Shake Milton (PHI) over 15.5 points (-130)
Line available at BetMGM at time of publishing.
Shake Milton put on a show on Friday night against the Atlanta Hawks. After a poor shooting performance in the 1st half to the point where he was 1 for 10 from the field, Milton turned it up to finish with 15 points and 16 assists. He attempted a team-high 22 shots to prepare himself for the playoffs. The game finished in an overtime win, and he’ll look to replicate that performance today against the Brooklyn Nets.
These teams are already set to play each other in the first round of the playoffs. Both are sitting the majority of their rotation, except for Nets forward Mikal Bridges, who will keep his streak of games played alive. I do not expect him to play more than the 1st quarter, like the Dallas Mavericks did with Luka Doncic.
The 76ers played at a rapid pace on Friday night, which bodes well for us player prop bettors backing Milton. Milton played 42 minutes and saw a usage rate of 24%. All we need is an efficient game from him to cash in our favorite NBA player prop bet of the day.
