There are 11 games in the NBA Friday night. Four games have a line of 3.5 points or fewer and 3 games have a double-digit line. Three games have a total of at least 227 points. As always, stay up to date on the latest injury news since lines can change and COVID-19 is making a big impact. Bets may be added throughout the day if there are additional spots that arise, so be sure to check back later in the day. My record is 47-31 for the season. Here are my picks for tonight.
Kyrie Irving over 24.5 points (-110 on DraftKings)
After scoring 22, 22 and 9 points in his first 3 games of the season, Irving has scored 27 and 30 points in the last 2 games, both without Kevin Durant. Irving will take more shots and score more with Durant out. Irving played 38 minutes in both games and it hasn’t taken long for him to get back. Irving has taken 23 shots from the field in each game. The Spurs are 5th in pace and the Nets are 8th. The game total is 233 points and the Nets defense has slipped over the last few weeks.
Jimmy Butler over 21.5 points (+100 on DraftKings)
Butler is coming off a game in which he was ejected for picking up two technical fouls and only played 15 minutes. Before that, Butler went over this total in 4 of 7 games and two of the misses were 19 and 21 points. Butler is averaging 21.7 points per game on the season and will take on more responsibility with Kyle Lowry and Tyler Herro out. The Hawks are last in defensive efficiency and Butler scored 23 points in the same matchup last Friday on only 13 shots from the field.

Dejounte Murray over 36.5 points + rebounds + assists (-125 on BetMGM)
Murray has been putting up great numbers consistently. He is averaging 19.2 points, 8.4 rebounds and 8.9 assists. This game should have a lot of scoring with the Spurs 5th in pace and the Nets 8th. The Nets have allowed 117.2 points per game over their last 10 games. Murray has gone over this total in 9 of the last 13 games, including one against the Nets. Murray had 19 points, 12 assists and 9 rebounds in a 121-119 loss on Jan. 9. Murray still topped this total, despite shooting 7-for-22 from the field.
