There are 6 games in the NBA Monday night. Two games have a line of 5 points or fewer. Three games have a total of at least 221 points, including 237 between the Jazz and Hornets. As always, stay up to date on the latest injury news since lines can change and COVID-19 is making a big impact. Bets may be added throughout the day if there are additional spots that arise, so be sure to check back later in the day. My record is 34-20 for the season. Here are my picks for tonight.
Houston Rockets (+6.5) at Chicago Bulls
After the Bulls had two games postponed due to health and safety protocols, they returned last night and beat the Lakers, 115-110. Each starter played at least 34 minutes and Zach LaVine is still out for this one. After losing their first 11 games of the season, the Rockets have gone an impressive 10-9. They are 9-6-1 ATS on the road. The offense has been excellent over the last two weeks and they shoot a lot of three-pointers. The Rockets are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games against a team with a winning record and 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games overall. The Bulls haven’t covered in their last 3 games.
Tyrese Haliburton Over 23.5 Points+Assists (-105 on DraftKings)
Haliburton has played at least 36 minutes in the last three games and is running the offense. The Kings are missing several players due to health and safety protocols, including De’Aaron Fox and Davion Mitchell. Haliburton is averaging 18.7 points and 10 assists over the last 3 games. Haliburton had 27 points and 11 assists last night and 21 points and 10 assists on Friday. The Warriors are a difficult matchup, but they are without Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins. Haliburton has taken 35 shots from the field in the last 2 games.
