There are 2 games to place wagers on in the NBA Friday night for the final day of the play-in tournament. The Cleveland Cavaliers host the Atlanta Hawks and the New Orleans Pelicans play on the road against the Los Angeles Clippers. Paul George has entered the league’s health and safety protocols and will be out tonight for the Clippers. Bets may be added throughout the day if additional spots that arise, so be sure to check back later in the day. My record is 90-65-1 for the season. Without further ado, here are my player props picks for tonight.

Brandon Ingram over 11.5 rebounds+assists (-125 on FanDuel)

Ingram had 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the first play-in game on Wednesday against the Spurs in only 30 minutes due to 4 fouls. If he played 36-39 minutes like the other starters, he goes over. In each of his prior 7 games, Ingram went over this total. Against the Clippers on April 3, Ingram had 8 rebounds and 4 assists and he’s gone over this total in 10 of his last 12 games. The Clippers are one of the worst rebounding teams in the league, ranking 28th in rebounding rate, and the absence of Paul George makes it even worse.

Darius Garland over 2.5 three-pointers (-125 on DraftKings)

Garland has to carry the Cavaliers’ offense and shoot often. Even with Jarrett Allen likely to return, the scoring responsibilities are on Garland. The Cavaliers’ point guard has been shooting well from three-point range lately. He hit 3 of 6 from beyond the arc against the Nets on Tuesday and is 19-for-37 over the last 6 games. Garland has gone over this total in 7 of his last 9 games. The Hawks allow opponents to shoot 36.3 percent from three-point range, which ranks 24th in the NBA.
