With both Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant both announced to be probable for this game, tonight’s matchup will be the 7th time these two former teammates have played against each other since they played alongside each other in Golden State. The Warriors are currently on a 3-game losing streak. Their last loss was at home against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Warriors kept it close at 105-101 despite playing without Curry. The Suns have also recently struggled, losing 6 of their last 7. The Suns started this season with an 8-1 record, and it wasn’t until Durant’s injury that they started to struggle. Phoenix is hoping the return of Durant will help them get back on track tonight.

It’s become a rare sight to see the Suns at full strength, but with Durant’s return the Suns should have their stars on the floor. Golden State has struggled with turnovers on their losing streak. They lost the turnover battle in all 3 losses and have a total of 37 combined turnovers during that period. If the Warrior’s cannot clean up their mistakes in this game, the turnovers may prove to be too much against a Sun’s offense that scores in bunches.
