Indiana Hoosiers vs Iowa Hawkeyes ncaab Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 01/11/25

The Indiana Hoosiers will travel to Iowa City on Saturday night to play a Big 10 Conference game against the Iowa Hawkeyes. Indiana started the season slow going 1-2 in the Battle of Atlantis but have bounced back winning nine of their last ten games dating back to their loss to Gonzaga. Iowa is coming off an overtime win against Nebraska and will look for their third straight home win. It should be a great battle inside Carver Hawkeye Arena, and we like Iowa to cover the spread. The spread is currently set at five points in favor of Iowa and we expect them to cover that.

Iowa -5 is our best bet of the game because we believe Iowa’s offense will be too much for Indiana to keep up with. The Hawkeyes have one of the best offenses in the country and that should be on full display here. They are ranked #2 nationally in points per game and #9 in three pointers made per game. According to KenPom, Iowa’s offense is ranked top 12 in three-point percentage, two-point percentage and effective field goal percentage. We do not see Indiana’s offense being able to keep up as they are not an explosive offensive team and are ranked just #287 in three pointers made per game.
