Wise n' Shine: World Cup predictions, NBA and NHL best bets for Wednesday, November 30

Good morning, Pickswise Nation, to another wonderful Wednesday of sports. The World Cup highlights the action today, but we still have lots of other exciting action in the NBA, NHL and college basketball, so let’s get straight to making your next bet better!

About Last Night

World Cup bets stay hot
It was a stellar day on the pitch for our soccer picks as we went 3-1, and every winning pick had a plus-odds payout. Ecuador beat Senegal 2-1 which cashed our over 2.5 goals pick at +150, the USA beat Iran 1-0 to win our USA money line bet at +105, and England defeated Wales 3-0 to win our bet of England win in a shutout at +120 odds. Whether you call it football or soccer, it was a great day to back our picks!

Luka magic leads Mavericks
It was the Luka Doncic show on Tuesday night in the Mavericks’ 116-113 win over the Warriors. Doncic did a little bit of everything as he finished with 41 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists, leading Dallas to victory over the defending Western Conference Champions. Around the NBA, the Knicks cashed our spread pick of -5 as they demolished the Pistons 140-110, and Julius Randle finished with 36 points in the win.

Massive slate in the NBA
We have a huge selection of 13 games to check out today, and that comes with several exciting matchups. Handful of games in the NHL
There’s not a ton of action on the ice tonight as we’re limited to just 4 games, but we still have picks and predictions for each matchup! Read today’s NHL predictions.

Top 25 showdown in College basketball
We have an exciting day in college basketball highlighted by 2 top-25 contests. First, #25 Ohio State and #17 Duke will tip-off at 7 pm ET on ESPN, and then #18 UNC will take on #10 Indiana at 9:15 pm ET on ESPN. Read today’s NCAAB predictions.

Best Bet of the Day

College basketball: Michigan State -1 (-110) over Notre Dame
9:15 pm ET

The Michigan State Spartans travel to South Bend for a date with the Fighting Irish in the Big 10-ACC Challenge on Wednesday night. The Spartans have had a great start to the year despite a challenging schedule, as they are 5-2 straight up with wins over Kentucky, Villanova, Oregon, and a pesky Portland team on its home floor to go along with narrow losses to Gonzaga in the Carrier Classic and Alabama during Feast Week. The Fighting Irish come into this contest off their first loss of the season, but they have not played anywhere near the level of opponent that the Spartans have. Considering the difference in resumes and Notre Dame’s poor defensive performances in the half-court, the Spartans seem to be undervalued in this particular matchup. Read our full Michigan State vs Notre Dame predictions.
