There is no NBA or NHL action today but we’re not short of big sports events to think about with a big MLB slate, Royal Ascot starting today and the Stanley Cup Finals and U.S. Open golf still to come this week. Warriors on the brink of NBA title
The Warriors survived a 3rd-quarter rally by the Celtics to chalk up a crucial 104-94 Game 5 win last night and go 3-2 up in the best-of-7 series. Golden State had been up to a 4-point favorite for the game and FanDuel Sportsbook now has the Warriors at -400 to take the title with the Celtics out to +320. Under 212 cashed comfortably, giving Mark Zinno his 4th correct totals pick in the series. For the second straight game, the Pickswise cappers went 4-1 on player props.
Totals domination in MLB
It was another strong day in the ballparks for our MLB team, who went 6-4 on ML/RL picks and an awesome 7-1-2 on totals, while Keith Schmelter cashed our +100 player prop. The Braves won their 12th straight game, beating the Nationals 9-5, the Blue Jays crushed the Orioles 11-1 and the Rangers beat the Astros 5-3.

We have an expanded 16-game MLB slate today as the Pirates and Cardinals are playing a doubleheader with the first game being shown on ESPN+ at 1:15 pm ET.
