Since graduating from Davidson (The College That Stephen Curry Built), I have been writing about sports -- just about any and all you can think of! -- and coaching tennis in Atlanta, GA. Beyond the four major sports, I am an avid tennis fan and cover the ATP Tour on a daily basis. If I'm not busy writing, you can generally find me on a tennis court or traveling the world wherever a sporting event takes me. For Ricky Dimon media enquiries, please email contact@pickswise.com.

We still have a few days to recover from the Divisional Round madness in the NFL playoffs before the Conference Championships take center stage on Sunday. But other sports are picking up the slack, and we have plenty of NBA, NHL, college basketball and tennis to discuss on Tuesday. As such, let’s not waste any time and get right to making your next bet better. Here is our latest installment of Wise n’ Shine!

About Last Night

Huge day for Pickswise in college basketball
The Pickswise college basketball handicapping team had a huge performance on Monday. We cashed a +596 parlay, a +1396 mega parlay, and also won our best bet of North Carolina -5.5 against Virginia Tech.

Booker, Paul, McGee give us a +1260 SGP winner
We cashed another NBA same game parlay in the Suns’ 115-99 victory over the Jazz, this one at +1260 odds. Devin Booker surpassed the 30-point mark (33), Chris Paul exceeded 12 assists (14), and JaVale McGee went over 8.5 rebounds (9).

NHL experts go 5-2 ML/PL
In seven NHL games our experts went 5-2 on the money line and puck line. In the most intriguing matchup of the night between two of the best teams in the league, we had the Golden Knights on the +105 money line against the Capitals. Final score? Vegas 1, Washington 0.

Best Bet of the Day

Los Angeles Clippers vs Washington Wizards Over 215.5
7:00 pm ET, NBCSW

The Wizards are averaging 107.7 ppg on 46.6% shooting from the field and 32.4% shooting from three; the Clippers are scoring 105.3 ppg on 44.8% shooting from the field and 35.7% shooting from three. The Wizards have struggled a bit in their recent games, but they are scoring 110.2 ppg at home – which is 5.0 more points than they average on the road. Washington actually allows more points at home than on the road this season. Read our full game preview for Clippers vs Wizards.

Must-read

Stat of the Day

1 – That’s the current national ranking for the Auburn men’s basketball team. It’s also the number of times – including this one – that Auburn has been ranked No. 1. Yes, this is the first time the Tigers have ever earned such a distinction. They are going up against Missouri on Tuesday night as they look to stay in the top spot.
