The weekend is here, and we have a great Saturday full of sports ahead of us today with the NBA, NHL, college football, and college basketball all in action. Let’s get straight to making your next bet better!
About Last Night
The King’s return gets spoiled
LeBron James made his highly anticipated return to the court on Friday night, and it didn’t go too well for the Lakers. Los Angeles got out to an early lead over the Celtics, but they wilted in the second half and ultimately lost by double digits. The loss dropped the Lakers to 8-9 on the year, a start that would’ve been unimaginable just a few short weeks ago. Russell Westbrook hasn’t exactly transitioned seamlessly, and there are major question marks surrounding this team.
Houston keeps rolling
The biggest game for Friday’s small college football slate was this AAC matchup between Memphis and #24 Houston. Houston kept marching on toward an AAC title, staying undefeated in conference play with a 31-13 beatdown of the Tigers. We had Houston -9.5 for this one, so we certainly weren’t disappointed to see a lopsided result.
Today’s Slate
9-game slate in the NBA
It’s a big day in the NBA with 9 games, including an early tip between the Rockets and Knicks at 5pm ET if you want some early action. The highlight of the slate is a nationally televised showdown between the Hornets and Hawks on NBATV at 7:30 pm ET. Read previews of all today’s NBA games.
A whopping 12 NHL games
There were only 2 NHL games on Friday, which means thankfully we’ve got a massive slate on Saturday! 12 games are on the docket, including a clash between the Penguins and Maple Leafs on NHL Network at 7pm ET. Read today’s NHL game previews.
A full college football card
Week 12 of the college football season is here. It’s the best card in weeks, with plenty of marquee matchups. #7 Michigan State will take on #4 Ohio State in the early window in a pivotal Big Ten showdown, while #3 Oregon looks to keep their playoff hopes alive on the road against #23 Utah as an underdog in primetime. Oklahoma State -10.5 vs Texas Tech

What better way to celebrate the last game of the day that features a ranked team than with a three-star play?
