We are one day away from Selection Sunday. College basketball is coming down the home stretch of conference championship week, with plenty of semifinals and finals matchups on the menu. But don’t forget about the NBA and NHL. It’s another big day in the world of sports, so let’s not waste any time and get right to making your next bet better. Here is our latest installment of Wise n’ Shine!
About Last Night
No Duke-UNC rematch
Duke won’t get a shot at revenge against North Carolina, but the Blue Devils won’t mind too much. They took care of business in the ACC Tournament semifinals with a win over Miami, whereas the Tar Heels fell to Virginia Tech. It was an overall successful day for the Pickswise college basketball experts, who went 10-5-1 ATS/ML.
50 points for LeBron
Just when you thought it was time to count out the Lakers, LeBron James goes out and does something like that. The 37-year-old dropped 50 points on Washington as Los Angeles pulled off 122-109 victory at Crypto.com Arena. We were all over the Lakers -4 in that contest.
NHL parlay is a +776 winner
Our Friday NHL parlay was a big winner at +776, as the Blue Jackets (+175) upset the Wild and both the Vegas-Pittsburgh and Washington-Vancouver games went over their respective totals. Overall our experts went 3-1 ML/PL and 3-1 O/U.

Best Bet of the Day
Norfolk State -7 over Coppin State
1:00 pm ET, ESPN2
The MEAC title game will feature prohibitive favorite Norfolk State against Coppin State, which is hoping the glass slipper it found at the start of the tournament still fits for one more game. The Eagles finished the regular season 7th in the standings but have pulled off 2 straight upsets to reach the championship round. With a win, Coppin State would set the record for fewest wins by a team to reach the NCAA Tournament with 10. Norfolk State will look to secure its second straight trip to the NCAA Tournament with a victory. The Spartans rank 37th in the nation in scoring defense, 2nd in field-goal percentage defense, and 11th in 3-point percentage defense. Joe Bryant Jr. leads the team with 16.5 points per game and he scored 18 in the semifinal win over Morgan State. Norfolk State swept the season series and when these 2 teams played in February it dominated by 30 at Coppin State. Read our full game preview for Coppin State vs Norfolk State.

Stat of the Day
Indiana allowed the third-highest 3-point attempt rate in Big Ten play during the regular season. Iowa ranks in just the 35th percentile in post-up defense. The over could be the way to go in this Big Ten semifinal showdown.
