If you could just stop filling out your March Madness brackets for a few minutes, there’s plenty of great sports action coming our way on Monday, with NBA, NHL, golf and soccer all on the schedule. Let’s get straight into making your next bet better!
About Last Night
LeBron reaches career triple-quintuple but Lakers eclipsed by Suns
LeBron James continues to make NBA history and last night became the first player to have 10,000 points, 10,000 rebounds and 10,000 assists, which I think we can call a triple-quintuple! The Lakers lost 140-111 to the Suns, though. Elsewhere, Kevin Durant scored 53 points as the Nets beat the Knicks 110-107. The Pickswise same game parlay for that game cashed, albeit without the leg involving Seth Curry, who did not play.
Sabres thrive outdoors, Avs and Penguins record key wins
The NHL also provided plenty of action on Sunday, with the Sabres winning outdoors, 5-2 against the Maple Leafs in the Heritage Classic, while there were important wins for the Avalanche over the Flames, the Kings over the Panthers and the Penguins over the Hurricanes.
NCAA Tournament bracket is set
Tennessee, Yale, Iowa, Houston and Richmond won their championship games on Sunday before the NCAA Tournament was set. Check out what Ricky Dimon makes of the 68-team field that was set, leaving Gonzaga as the +300 favorite to win it all.
Guess who’s back?
Tom Brady unretires after just 40 days
After all the action on the courts, fields and rinks on Sunday, the news was still topped by Tom Brady announcing that he has changed his mind about retirement and will be returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next season after just 40 days in the NFL wilderness. It’s good news for Bucs fans, as their team is now has just +750 odds for the Super Bowl, but not so good for whoever it was that had just purchased Brady’s ‘last touchdown ball’ for $500,000! QB Kirk Cousins agreed to an extension to stay with the Vikings, too.

Best Bet of the Day
Arizona Coyotes ML vs Ottawa Senators
7:30 pm ET, NFL Network
The Coyotes have been howling as dogs recently. In their last 4 wins, they’ve won as underdogs of +310, +170, +110, and +320. The biggest wins were against the Leafs and Avalanche. Arizona is still bottom of the pack in the NHL, but that doesn’t take away what they’ve shown lately. Just as recently as Saturday night, they played hard in a loss to the Bruins in Boston, and were tied up until late in the 3rd. The Sens are still missing arguably their best piece in Drake Batherson. He’s barely played half of the team’s games and is still their 2nd leading point scorer. Take the Coyotes. Check out our full preview of Coyotes vs Senators.
