Good morning, Pickswise Nation. The NFL schedule is out and now we just have to wait 4 months for them to start playing the games! There is a ton of great sports action today, though, with NBA and NHL playoff games and a busy day of baseball. Let’s get straight to making your next bet better!
About Last Night
Heat into Eastern finals
The Heat punched a ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals with a 99-90 win over the 76ers in Philadelphia to win the series 4-2. Thursday’s other matchup did produce a Game 7, however, as the Mavericks beat the Suns 113-86. Both teams have won their 3 home games in that series, with the decider being played in Phoenix on Sunday.
Perfect NHL props run continues
Pickswise expert Mark Lammey extended his amazing streak on NHL player props with another 2-0 night on Thursday. It was the fourth perfect day this week, taking him to an incredible 9-1 record since Sunday. On the ice, we were assured of another 3 Game 7s thanks to wins by the Bruins, Lightning and Oilers, but the Blues ended the season of the Wild with a 5-1 win for a 4-2 series success.
Astros double up against Twins
The Astros finished off their suspended game against the Twins in style, improving a 5-1 overnight lead to an 11-3 win, then added a 5-0 shutout success in the scheduled Thursday game. The Reds continued their revival with a 4-0 win over the Pirates, while the Yankees and White Sox put on a show with New York winning 15-7.

Best Bet of the Day
Boston Celtics vs Milwaukee Bucks Under 211
7:30 pm ET, ESPN
Even though the last 2 games in this series went over the total, we could be set for a low-scoring game tonight. The Bucks are allowing just 99.8 points per game, with Boston at 104.9 per game. Milwaukee’s efficiency hasn’t been all that good in this series, but that was to be expected against an elite defense like Boston’s. With the return of Robert Williams III, expect Boston to rely on their defense to win tonight’s game. Take the under. Read our full game preview for Celtics vs Bucks.
