The Michigan State Spartans (14-8, 6-5) and the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (15-7, 7-4) will meet at Madison Square Garden on Saturday for a rare regular season conference game on a neutral court. Considering the venue and the fact that this is a rematch between 2 defensive teams, the under is the most appealing bet in this game. In the first matchup just over 2 weeks ago, just 127 total points were scored despite Michigan State’s hot shooting performance. I have a hard time seeing either one of these teams shooting that well from distance at the Garden, so I am taking the under and hoping for an ugly offensive game.
