About Last Night
Phillies still looking for a win
It’s been a crazy start to the MLB season, and one team that has struggled more than others is the reigning National League champion Philadelphia Phillies. But they are not alone, as the Detroit Tigers and the Kansas City Royals are also still searching for win #1 of the season.
The biggest NBA upset since 1993
The Trail Blazers closed as 19.5-point underdogs on Sunday night, but that didn’t matter to them; they defeated the Timberwolves 107-105. It was the largest NBA upset since 1993, and anybody holding a Trail Blazers money line ticket of +1400 must feel pretty happy with the end result.

Best Bet of the Day
MLB: Houston Astros -1.5 (-110) over Detroit Tigers
8:10 pm ET
The Detroit Tigers will be traveling to Houston to take on the Astros at Minute Maid Park in what should be a convincing Astros win. Taking the mound for the Astros is young and highly touted prospect Hunter Brown. Brown pitched a stunning 0.89 ERA alongside a 1.08 WHIP through his 20.1 innings in the pros last season. In those 20.1 innings, he posted 22 strikeouts. This is nothing new, as Brown put up video-game numbers carrying an 11.66 K/9 (strikeouts per 9 innings) in his career in the minors. The sky’s the limit for him, and the Tigers bring little to the table that would stand in the way of an empathic opening performance for his first full season. Prepare for a strong opener from Brown against a lackluster Detroit Tigers roster in what should be an Astros clinic. Check out our full Tigers vs Astros predictions.
