Good morning, Pickswise Nation, and welcome to another wonderful week of sports. Congratulations to the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, who booked their places in Super Bowl 57 last night. We have 2 weeks to look forward to that game, but before that today’s sports schedule includes NBA, NHL, college basketball and soccer action , so let’s get straight to making your next bet better.

About Last Night

It’s Chiefs vs Eagles in the Super Bowl
We had one great championship game on Sunday and one disappointing matchup. The 49ers vs Eagles contest was a dud as the 49ers could never get in a blow after an early injury to QB Brock Purdy and his backup, Josh Johnson, was also forced out of the game as the Eagles ran out easy 31-7 winners. The AFC clash between the Chiefs and Bengals was much more engaging, with the Chiefs winning 23-20 thanks to a late Harrison Butker field goal. The under cashed in both games, with both being 3-star plays from the Pickswise handicappers.

The Eagles are small favorites for the big game in Arizona on February 12 and you can check out Jared Smith’s analysis of all the early Super Bowl 57 odds.

NBA Best Bet cashes
Our Sunday NBA Best Bet of over 233.5 in the Pelicans vs Bucks game was a winner as Milwaukee crushed New Orleans 135-110. The Hornets upset the Heat 122-117 and the Cavaliers convincingly beat the Clippers 122-99. JutPicks’ NBA player prop bet of the day was another winner.

Bruins lose again
The Boston Bruins hadn’t lost back-to-back games all season until Saturday night, but they made it 3 defeats in a row with a 4-1 loss to the Hurricanes on Sunday. The Maple Leafs beat the Capitals 5-1 in Sunday’s only other game.

There’s some great college hoops action today, with Virginia, Baylor, Texas and Iowa State all in action. Read today’s NCAAB predictions. We also have soccer picks for today’s West Ham vs Derby FA Cup game on ESPN+ at 2:45 pm ET.

Best Bet of the Day

NBA: Over 236.5 points in Sacramento Kings vs Minnesota Timberwolves
8:00 pm ET

Saturday’s game between these teams was relatively low-scoring for them with just 227 points scored. Although the last 10 games have been split on the O/U, an average of 235.2 points per game has been scored during that stretch. It’s hard to see a team like the Kings having back-to-back poor offensive performances against the same team. They are tied with the Nuggets for the best offensive efficiency in the NBA, scoring 115.5 points per 100 possessions. Both teams rank in the top 10 in pace of play too. Don’t count on a lot of defense being played. Check out our full Kings vs Timberwolves predictions.

This Kings vs Timberwolves game is available to bet on at DraftKings Sportsbook, where new customers can bet $5 and get $200 in bonus bets instantly! Click this link to take advantage of this great offer.

Bengals DE Joseph Ossai committed a crucial penalty that helped the Chiefs to score their winning field goal.
