Bucks can’t stand the Heat
The #8 seeded Miami Heat beat #1 Milwaukee Bucks in their series opener and they did it again last night, winning 121-99 at home to take a 2-1 series lead, but also lost guard Victor Oladipo to a knee injury. Earlier the 76ers became the first team into the second round, sweeping the Nets 4-0 with a 96-88 road win, while
MLB Best Bets run continues
Our MLB cappers had another strong day, going 3-0-1 on MLB Best Bets, extending our run on 3-star plays to 13-4-1 since Tuesday. We were 11-6-2 overall with our Saturday picks and also cashed our top player prop play. The Rays set an MLB record by scoring a home run in the first 21 games of the season in their 4-3 win over the White Sox.
Long games in the NHL Playoffs
Three of Saturday’s 4 NHL playoff games went to overtime, with the Golden Knights beating the Jets 5-4 in 2OT, while the Maple Leafs beat the Lightning and the Devils beat the Rangers in extra time too. The Avalanche beat the Kraken 6-4 in the final game.
