7-1 night for Pickswise as March Madness returns
March Madness brought the drama again on Thursday and the Pickswise team had a big night, going 7-1 with our picks. We went 2-1 on our 3-star plays and Caleb Wilfinger was a perfect 2-0 in his college basketball best bets article.
On the court, comebacks were in fashion, with Gonzaga fighting back from a 13-point halftime deficit to beat UCLA 79-76 and Florida Atlantic beating Tennessee 62-55 after being behind by 5 at the half. Kansas State vs Michigan State went to OT before the Wildcats came through, with the most straightforward win of the day going to UConn as the Huskies beat Arkansas 88-65.
Cavs complete quick double
The Cavaliers secured a second road win over the Nets in 3 days with a buzzer-beating three for a 116-114 victory, while the Knicks suffered another setback with a 111-106 loss to the Magic. Our only 3-star play of under 225.5 in the Hornets vs Pelicans game cashed easily as New Orleans won 115-96.
Perfect night on NHL props
It was a busy day in the NHL and our props expert Mark Lammey extended his winning streak to 3-0 with a perfect night. The Rangers beat the Hurricanes 2-1 in one of the night’s top games.

Texas is coming off an impressive win against Penn State while Xavier beat Pittsburgh to get to the Sweet 16. Xavier’s offense has been clicking at an extremely high rate and the Musketeers are hard to stop when they are hitting their shots as they are one of the best offensive teams in the country, averaging 81.2 points per game and shooting 49.3% from the field.
