Good morning, Pickswise Nation and please accept our deepest sympathies for your brackets. March Madness is underway and we also have NBA, NHL and soccer to enjoy today, so let’s get straight to making your next bet better.

About Last Night

College basketball parlay cashes at +596 odds
March Madness delivered its trademark upsets on day one, with Virginia losing to Furman and #15 seed Princeton beating #2 seed Arizona 59-55. The Pickswise team was able to cash our Day 1 NCAAB parlay at +596 odds, though, and Caleb Wilfinger made a great start by going 3-0 in his college basketball best bets article. Our only 3-star play of San Diego State -5 also cashed.

2-0 night for NBA props
The Pacers were 13-point underdogs against the Bucks last night, and they trailed by 9 at halftime, but they stormed the second half to win 139-123. Our props expert JutPicks went 2-0 with his Thursday prop picks.

Bruins back on track
The Boston Bruins had a 1o-game win streak going last week but had lost 3 of their last 4 going into last night’s game with the Jets. However, a comfortable 3-0 win was just what they would have wanted. The Flames torched the Golden Knights 7-2 while the Lightning beat the Devils 4-3 after a shootout.

Best Bet of the Day

NCAAB: Kansas State Wildcats -7.5 over Montana State Bobcats
9:40 pm ET, CBS

Montana State won the Big Sky conference tournament but is just 3-6 ATS in its last 9 games. During the regular season, the Bobcats faced just 2 teams who are in the NCAA Tournament field, losing at Grand Canyon and being outclassed 85-64 by Arizona. Kansas State won’t be fazed facing a Big Sky team after going through the ultra-competitive Big 12. The Wildcats have wins over Baylor (twice), Iowa State, Kansas, TCU, Texas and West Virginia on their record and should win by double digits. Read our full Montana State vs Kansas State predictions.

You can bet on our NCAA Tournament predictions at DraftKings Sportsbook, which has thousands of betting options available and a great new customer offer where you can bet $5 and get $200 in bonus bets instantly! Click here to sign up for DraftKings.
