Braves march on
The Braves won their 8th straight game, 6-3 against the Marlins, for their 16th win in 17 games. The Red Sox swept the Blue Jays as a 9th-inning homer from Alex Verdugo gave them a 5-4 win on Sunday, while the Royals upset the Dodgers 9-1 for their first series success in 6 weeks. The Mets also enjoyed a welcome series success by beating the Giants 8-4.
Soccer success
The USMNT responded well to an opening tie with Jamaica at the CONCACAF Gold Cup with back-to-back 6-0 wins over St. Kitts & Nevis and Trinidad & Tobago to win its group. We cashed our pick of USA to win in a shutout to give us a 4-0 run with our Gold Cup picks.

Mackenzie McDonald is a considerable underdog, but has a good chance to win what should be a competitive contest first-round match at Wimbledon this morning. A number of 38.5 is not big at all for a grass-court affair, especially not for one that involves Alexander Bublik. The Kazakh is one of the biggest servers on tour, but he sometimes struggles in the return game. Service breaks are often scarce in his matches, and that is the case to a greater extent on grass than on any other surface.
