In Week 2, the Patriots will battle it out with the Seattle Seahawks, who are 3.5-point favorites on the road. Stevenson should be utilized a lot in a game projected to be the lowest-scoring affair of the Sunday slate at 38.5. Quarterback Jacoby Brissett’s passing attempt line is set at 29.5 with vig on the under, while Stevenson’s rushing attempt line is as high as 16.5 on sharper books. Buccaneers vs Lions anytime touchdown scorer pick: Amon-Ra St. Brown (+100)

The Detroit Lions’ tag-team duo of David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs out of the backfield were on full display in Week 1, with each recording 15+ touches. But it was Amon-Ra St. Brown who was held in check and quietly had just 3 receptions totaling 15 yards. In Week 2 at home, the Lions have a massive implied team total of 30.5 points — Amon-Ra St. Brown should be able to contribute to that number. Brown scored 10 touchdowns last season and has built one of the best connections in football with quarterback Jared Goff. The Buccaneers are projected to have a difficult time stopping the run and passing game, with Goff’s passing yards line set at 267.5. Expect Goff to look St. Brown’s way in the red zone often as he recorded the 4th-most targets inside the 20-yard line last season.

Colts vs Packers anytime touchdown scorer pick: Josh Jacobs (+120)

The plan for the Green Bay Packers’ offense against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2 is simple — hand the ball off to Josh Jacobs. With Jordan Love doubtful and Malik Willis set to take over duties at quarterback, the play selection will be limited. Jacobs’ rushing attempts line is set at 16.5. Meanwhile, Willis’ passing yards line is set at just 166.5. The Packers will change up personnel with Willis running the show and go to fewer 3-wide-receiver sets than they did in Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles. This should result in Jacobs getting extensive work against a Colts defense that allowed Texans running back Joe Mixon to go off against them in Week 1 for 139 yards on 30 carries and a touchdown — both the most in the NFL.
