Every week it seems like the weather wreaks havoc on a game or two and there is a chance that could be the case in Week 13. Let’s break down the NFL weather report for each game (that isn’t played inside a dome) and what effect it might have on them.
Broncos @ Bengals
It should be unusually warm on Sunday in Cincinnati for this showdown. At kickoff, it’s expected to be 51 degrees with a 6% chance of rain. A lot of this game will probably take place on the ground, but when they do throw the ball it should be perfect conditions.
Cardinals @ Packers
It’s going to feel like a typical December day at Lambeau Field. It’s expected to be 36 degrees with a 27% chance of snow. If it does snow, it will probably have more of an effect on Josh Rosen and the Cardinals as the Packers and Aaron Rodgers are used to playing in these conditions.
Colts @ Jaguars
It’s going to be about perfect conditions for the Colts and Jaguars game in Jacksonville. At kickoff, it should be 81 degrees with a 1% chance of rain. That should spell good news for Andrew Luck and the air raid attack the Colts have been using this year.
Bills @ Dolphins
Much like the Jaguars game, it’s going to be warm for the Bills and Dolphins. It says there is only a 5% chance of rain, but everyone knows how it’s like in Miami, that afternoon rain shower will probably pop up during the third or 4th quarter.
Bears @ Giants
It’s going to be a warm 61 degrees for kickoff between the Bears and the Giants. There is a 21% chance of rain which could mess with the ball control of each team.
Panthers @ Buccaneers
It’s going to be hot and humid on Sunday for kickoff on Sunday between the Panthers and the Buccaneers. It’s expected to be 81 degrees with a 0% chance of rain. These are both good teams through the air and it should be good weather to throw the ball.
Chiefs @ Raiders
The Chiefs and Raiders will kick off at 4:05 PM ET and it is going to be some nice weather. Look for it to be 53 degrees and clear.
Jets @ Titans
It is expected to be 63 degrees and clear for kickoff in Tennessee. That should work to the advantage of the Titans who do have a bit better offense when they can throw the ball with success.
Vikings @ Patriots
The Vikings and Patriots are going to have a warm kickoff, but there is a chance it could be wet. Look for it to be 56 degrees with over a 20% chance of rain. If it is raining that is going to make ball security even more important.
49ers @ Seahawks
It is going to be a bit cold but a nice night for the 49ers and Seahawks. It is expected to be 38 degrees with zero percent chance of rain.
Chargers @ Steelers
The Chargers and Steelers kick off for the Sunday Night Football game and it should be 48 degrees with a 2% chance of rain.
Redskins @ Eagles
For the Monday night football game between the Redskins and Eagles, it’s expected to be 44 degrees with a zero percent chance of rain.
