It’s been a tough last few weeks for the White Sox. They’ve lost 8 of their last 9 games and were held scoreless on Tuesday night. Chicago has now scored 3 runs or less in 6 of their last 7 games, and during their last 6 games, the White Sox have a team batting average of just .160 with a .515 OPS – both 30th in the league.
Because of the lack of offense from the White Sox and the fact that the Blue Jays have a powerful lineup from top to bottom, backing the Blue Jays to win on the run line behind an improved Yusei Kikuchi will be our play.

EPL pick today: Liverpool vs West Ham – Over 2.5 goals (-152), 2:45 pm ET
West Ham edged closer to Premier League safety last weekend and have scored 4 goals in back-to-back games which should test a Liverpool defense that has just 1 shutout in 7 games.
The Reds’ defense was breached twice by goal-shy Nottingham Forest last time out, but their in-form attack that has scored 9 goals in its last 2 games. Because both sides have found their form offensively, backing the over will be our play.

EPL pick today: Brighton & Hove Albion vs Nottingham Forest – Over 2.5 goals (-136), 2:45 pm ET
Nottingham Forest is fighting to stay in the Premier League and that was evident on Saturday when they pushed Liverpool close in a 3-2 road loss at Anfield.
Forest showed in that game that they can score against even top teams and they are even stronger on their home field, having failed to score in only 2 of their 16 league games at the City Ground this season. There have been over 2.5 goals in 6 of Brighton’s last 9 games, therefore backing the over will be our play.

NBA pick today: Golden State Warriors -1.5 over Sacramento Kings (-112), 10:00 pm ET
The Warriors have gone from a potential 3-1 deficit and a Game 5 on the road staring them in the face, to successfully leveling the series at 2-2 and now facing a Kings squad whose best player has suffered a worrisome injury.
The injury to De’Aaron Fox occurred midway through the 4th quarter of Sunday’s game and while he was able to gut it out the rest of the way, his status is questionable. The clutch player of the year is averaging 31.5 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in this series, and the Kings are simply not the same team without him. Because the momentum has shifted in the Warriors’ favor and Fox is likely going to be less than 100%, backing the Warriors to cover will be our play.
