A game after dropping 56 points on the Orlando Magic, Stephen Curry takes his Golden State Warriors into Philadelphia for a date with the struggling 76ers. I’ve prepared a Same Game Parlay for this occasion, looking to land my 3rd winner this week. If you want predictions on the side and total simply head over to our NBA Picks page. Now let’s get into my Warriors vs 76ers SGP bet!

Jimmy Butler to Score 15+ Points (-295)

Draymond Green to Record 6+ Assists (-130)

Paul George Over 17.5 Points (-106)

Same Game Parlay odds: +321

Jimmy Butler to Score 15+ Points (-295)

Playing the team that traded him away and picked Tobias Harris over him, you just know Jimmy Butler is in for a good game here. Since his arrival the Warriors have transformed into a force to be reckoned with, winning 7 of their last 8 games. In those 8 games Butler is averaging 16.4 points per game for his new team, that’s without him developing a consistent three-point shot. He has already played the 76ers once this season as a member of the Miami Heat and dropped a cool 30 on them on 66% efficiency from the field and a 13-for-13 effort from the charity stripe. Over the past 5 meetings he’s averaging 21.8 points per game on over 52% shooting, we all know the type of player Butler is and he will do whatever he can to rub it in for his former team as they struggle to even make it into the play-in tournament.

Draymond Green to Record 6+ Assists (-130)

Getting a versatile player like Butler has made life easier for so many players on this Warriors roster and one of those is certainly Draymond Green. The defensive anchor no longer has to focus solely on that end of the floor for 48 minutes per game, instead Green has been able to go back to his roots and focus on getting his teammates involved, something he had perfected during the 2nd half of the 2010s when the Warriors were at their peak. Obviously father time has done its thing and Green is no longer that same player, but over his last 8 games he is averaging 6.3 assists per game and has cleared this line 5 times during that stretch. Only once he has recorded less than 5 assists in a game since Butler’s arrival, while in head-to-head meetings with the 76ers he’s cleared this line 3 times in the last 4 games. Not stopping the opponents’ ball movement is one of the main reasons why the 76ers have struggled this season, they rank only 24th in the NBA in opponent assists per game, allowing 27.5 per game. That number goes up to 28.1 in home games, let’s hope Green can find Curry for a few wide open threes in Saturday’s game.

Paul George Over 17.5 Points (-106)

Ahead of Thursday’s game at Madison Square Garden, Paul George announced to the World that he is putting his podcasting career on hold to focus on improving his play as the 76ers try one last time to get into the play-in tournament. That’s a big sacrifice from Podcast P and it’s already paying dividends. All jokes aside, PG did score 25 in a losing effort, clearing this line for the 2nd consecutive game after dropping 19 on the Chicago Bulls the game before. With Joel Embiid now shut for the season, George automatically becomes the 2nd scoring option behind Tyrese Maxey which should result in a few more shot attempts coming his way. These two teams played each other in early January at Chase Center, the Sixers got blown out 139-105, but George did produce 19 points on 7-for-12 shooting. He should match up well against Stephen Curry who isn’t the type of player you expect to shut down opposing guards. Over the past 5 meetings PG is averaging 21.4 points per game and has cleared this line 4 times. I’m confident he will be able to do it on Saturday as well.
