Florida Panthers ML 3-Way over Anaheim Ducks (-250)
The Anaheim Ducks continue their 4-game road trip when they play the Florida Panthers. The Ducks are looking towards next season, which will bring about a new captain as Ryan Getzlaf will retire at the end of the year. And they have played like it recently, with only 2 wins in their last 16 games. The Panthers, on the other hand, are atop the Atlantic Division and the Eastern Conference and looking to put distance between them and the 2nd place teams.
The Panthers have arguably the league’s best offense, ranking 1st in expected goals and goals for per game. They have also averaged 5.4 goals per game in their last 5 games. The Ducks are a borderline bottom-10 defensive team who has allowed 18 goals in their last 4 games. Look for the Panthers offense to be too much for a bad Ducks defense and place your bet on the Panthers money line 3-way.

Ottawa Senators ML over Detroit Red Wings (+105)
The Ottawa Senators start a 2-game road trip with a visit to Detroit to play the Red Wings. Both teams are out of the playoff picture and have a good, young core to build on. The Senators are on a 3-game losing streak, just after they had a 3-game winning streak, while the Red Wings have 3 wins in their last 10 games. These two teams also just played a home and home series last week, which was swept by the Senators with identical 5-2 scores.
The key to this game will be goaltending. The Senators are projected to start Anton Forsberg, who ranks 15th in goals saved above expected. It won’t really matter who the Red Wings counter with because both goalies on their roster don’t rank in the top 100 in that same category. Look for the Senators to take the 3rd game this month from the Red Wings and place your bet on the Senators money line.
Buffalo Sabres ML over Toronto Maple Leafs (+340)
The Buffalo Sabres finish a 4-game road trip on Tuesday when they play the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Sabres blew late leads against the Hurricanes and Panthers on this road trip and will be searching for their 1st win on the last leg of the trip. The Maple Leafs have 8 wins over their last 10 games. However, the last 2 times these teams have squared off, the Sabres have come out victorious, scoring 5 goals in each game, while holding the Maple Leafs to 3 goals total over those 2 games.
The bigger story for the Sabres in this one will be the NHL debut of Own Power, a defenseman out of the University of Michigan and the number one pick from the 2021 NHL entry draft. After his collegiate season ended last week, Power signed his entry deal and will be playing on Tuesday vs the Maple Leafs. Look for Power to give a boost to the Sabres and place your bet on the Sabres money line.
