Wolves to win or tie vs. Chelsea – Double chance (+118), 1 p.m ET

Chelsea will go to the top of the English Premier League (for 24 hours at least) if it can win at a Wolves team that has suddenly lost its way.

But there are two things we have to consider. First, this season’s Premier League is throwing up any number of crazy results, and reputations count for very little. And second, Wolves is a club that has finished seventh in each of its two seasons since promotion and hasn’t gone bad overnight.

It’s missing top scorer Raul Jimenez, who is recovering from a fractured skull. Wolves have played two matches since Jimenez’s horror injury; a 4-0 defeat at Liverpool and a 1-0 loss to Aston Villa. But it had much the better of the game against Villa and should have won. Chelsea, meanwhile, lost on Saturday 1-0 at Everton.

Manchester City vs. West Brom – One or both teams not to score (-182), 3 p.m ET

West Brom is going to be on the back foot at Manchester City where Pep Guardiola’s side has a point to prove after the weekend.

City drew widespread criticism for the way they played in the 0-0 draw at Manchester rivals United in what was a poor game.

City should still beat a West Brom side that has lost eight of 12 matches and scored just nine goals.
It will be attack, attack, attack from Manchester, but they should also be able to shut out their opponents. Therefore, betting on one or both teams not to score looks a sound wager.

Real Madrid to beat Athletic Bilbao Half time/full time double result (+114), 4 p.m ET

Real Madrid has a game against Athletic Bilbao which has been moved forward from mid-January when the Madrid side plays in the Spanish Supercup.

Real will feel unbeatable after beating its great Madrid rivals Atletico on Saturday, and Athletic should be feeling uncomfortable. It is in 12th place in the league table but has not played either Madrid side, Barcelona, or high-flying rivals Sociedad yet.

This looks like a good time for Real to be playing Athletic, who has a quick turnaround before playing Huesca on Friday — a game it will probably have targeted above this one.
