EPL pick today: Brighton & Hove Albion vs AFC Bournemouth – Over 2.5 goals (-130), 2:45 pm ET
Bournemouth secured a huge win in its battle against relegation on Saturday with a 2-1 victory over Fulham, but faces an altogether different prospect at home to Brighton this afternoon.
The Seagulls are one of the most in-form teams in the EPL and have transformed themselves into one of the highest-scoring sides in the league under Roberto De Zerbi. The Cherries are no slouches going forward either, which is why backing the over will be our play this afternoon.

EPL pick today: Nottingham Forest vs Leeds United – Both teams to score (-120), 2:45 pm ET
This is a crucial game in the EPL relegation battle as two of the key protagonists in the race to avoid the drop face each other. Nottingham Forest is winless in 7 games after a 1-1 tie with Wolverhampton, and Leeds is similarly desperate for points having won just 6 of 28 games this season.
One thing that unites both of these teams is a poor defensive record and that could lead to an entertaining clash when they meet. For that reason, backing both teams to score will be our play.

NHL pick today: Buffalo Sabres vs Florida Panthers – Over 7 goals (-115), 7:00 pm ET
Tonight features an 11-game slate in the NHL, one of which is an Atlantic Division rivalry between the Sabres and Panthers. It would take quite a few unlikely scenarios to play out for Buffalo to steal that 2nd Eastern Conference Wild Card spot, but it would start with a strong showing in South Beach.
The Sabres are the 3rd-highest scoring team in the league. However, they’ve needed to be, as they’ve also allowed the 2nd-most goals per game since the start of February. While the Panthers may be the clear favorites, Buffalo can still find the back of the net as well. Florida goaltenders Sergei Bobrovsky and Spencer Knight are still listed on the injury report, so for that reason, backing the over will be our play tonight.

MLB pick today: Tampa Bay Rays -1.5 over Washington Nationals (-110), 7:05 pm ET
The Rays got a sweep in their first series against Detroit and won the first game against Washington by a score of 6-2 on Monday. Tampa is a heavy favorite in this spot which is totally justified. Because they are a heavy favorite, there is not much value on the ML in this spot. However, the run line is something they have covered in all 4 of their wins so far. For that reason, backing another dominant Rays’ win will be our play.
