We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Tuesday, including picks from the MLB and Champions League. Two picks are taken from each sport and a winning ticket would give us a very nice payout with odds of +1028 at DraftKings Sportsbook.
Let’s break down each of these plays.
Champions League pick today: Club Brugge vs Atletico Madrid – Under 2.5 goals (-125), 3:00 pm ET
Club Brugge has made a surprisingly strong start to the Champions League season, beating Bayer Leverkusen and Porto in Group B with shutouts in both matches. Atleti started the campaign with a 2-1 win against Porto in which all 3 goals were scored in added time. They conceded twice in the last 6 minutes to lose 2-0 at Leverkusen on matchday 2 and another slow-burning contest could be in the cards between defenses which both had shutouts in their weekend league fixtures.

Champions League pick today: Barcelona ML over Inter Milan (-125), 3:00 pm ET
Inter Milan and Barcelona look to be battling it out for 2nd place behind Bayern Munich in Group C and Xavi’s Barca can take a big step towards the Champions League elimination stages with a victory in Milan. Inter’s defense is a major concern after allowing 11 goals in recent Serie A defeats to Lazio, AC Milan, Udinese and Roma.
That vulnerability could spell trouble against a Barcelona attack which put 5 goals past Viktoria Plzen on matchday 1 and had 18 attempts at goal in a 2-0 loss to Bayern Munich. Barcelona has won its last 6 matches in Spain’s La Liga, scoring 19 goals, therefore backing them to collect all 3 points this afternoon looks to be the best play.

MLB pick today: Toronto Blue Jays vs Baltimore Orioles – Over 7 runs (+100), 8:10 pm ET
The total is likely this low due to the weather over the weekend. However, the forecast doesn’t seem to be anything drastic and the starting pitching matchup could outweigh most conditions anyway. Mike Baumann’s start against the Jays a month ago ended with 10 total runs — and that was no outlier. He came in relief against Toronto 11 days later in a 9-run game and then got his next start a week later in what was an 11-10 loss. Even his most recent outing was an 8-run game against the Red Sox.
Similarly, Mitch White had a start against the O’s just a day after Baumann’s. The Jays’ starter allowed 5 runs in 2.1 innings in what was ultimately a 15-run game — right on pace with his last 2 starts, which ended with 16 and 11 total runs. For that reason, backing the over will be the play tonight.

MLB pick today: Los Angeles Angels ML over Oakland Athletics (-135), 9:40 pm ET
The Angels are projected to start right-hander Michael Lorenzen. Lorenzen is 8-6 in 17 starts with an ERA of 4.52. Since his return from the IL, he has posted an ERA of 3.05 with 2 wins last month.
The A’s will be looking to place left-hander Cole Irvin on the mound. Irvin is 9-13 in 29 starts with an ERA of 4.11. However, he just had a rough September, where he finished with an ERA of 8.23.
Offensively, the Angels have the edge as well, as the A’s rank in the bottom 7 in team average, OBP and OPS in the last 15 days. Look for Lorenzen and the Angels to continue their winning ways and place your bet on the Angels money line.
