I’m expecting this line to be at 4.5 by tip-off. Russ is back! And a much-needed spark plug for the Clippers will be one of the better-rebounding guards in the league facing one of the worst rebounding teams over the last 10 games. The 76ers rank 25th in opponent rebounds per game in that period. Russ saw 18 minutes in the first game back against the Indiana Pacers and landed 4 rebounds. I can see him getting over that 20-minute mark tonight as Ty Lue continues to bring him along. In the 33 games that Westbrook played 20+ minutes this season, he’s hit this mark in 26 of 33 games (78%). Russ has a wide rebounding portfolio, but the bigger chunk of rebounds come from longer shots: 36% from short/long mid-range shots, 19% from corner threes. The 76ers are top 10 in above-the-break despite shooting only 33.8% on them over the last 10. This number is too low for a guy whose minutes should be on the rise. 1u
