Now that the NBA Cup playoffs are decided after last night’s games, we return to our regular scheduled action with a 6-game slate on Wednesday, December 4. Let’s dive into our best NBA player prop bets for tonight’s action, while you can also find out our NBA picks for today and throughout the entire season.
Dennis Schroder (BKN) Over 26.5 points+assists (-105)
Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing
We backed Dennis Schroder 2 nights ago and it was a nightmare ending. He ended the 3rd quarter with 26 points+assists and played just 2 minutes in the 4th quarter due to a blowout. That game being the 2nd of a back-to-back sure didn’t help. We move on to tonight, where Schroder and the Nets take on the Pacers with a 225-point total.
With Cam Thomas still sidelined for this one, Schroder will continue to be called upon. Cam Johnson missed the last game but could very well be ready to suit up tonight. The books tell us that Johnson will be ready to go, as Schroder’s line has dropped from 29.5 points+assists to 26.5. Even with the potential of Johnson returning, Schroder should continue to dominate from a usage standpoint. I preach finding the best line and price across all props. This one is another great example. FanDuel has this line set to 27.5 points+assists at nearly the same odds, so I highly recommend using DraftKings for this one.

Mike Conley (MIN) Under 18.5 pts/rebs/asts (-115)
Odds available at Bet365 Sportsbook at time of publishing
We could go on and on about bad beats. We faded Mike Conley last week in the points+assists department, and he went over by 1 on a free throw in the 4th quarter. You must have short-term memory when betting player props, especially on heartbreaking unders. Conley has the same matchup we faded him on last Friday night as the Los Angeles Clippers host the Timberwolves. Conley continues to be extremely efficient from deep. Over his last 3 games, he’s made 9 three-pointers across 19 attempts. He’s a 36% three-pointer shooter on the season, so we’re banking on slight regression against a Clippers defense that is solid at defending from beyond the arc.
